- Leadership experience or potential
- Business experience
- Learning experience
- Outside volunteer experience
- Self-awareness of one's leadership/service role in a particular community
While we don't expect long essays nor perfect candidates, we do ask that you provide enough information to help us understand you as a professional, an individual, and a potential member of this group. Short and/or limited answers can result in a rejection of your application. We want to build a diverse cohort with people who are serious about their professional growth and future leadership and contributions at the corporate, community service, and governance levels. We do expect answers to reveal how that applies to you.
Applicants must have a minimum of seven years of professional experience.
