Prospanica Milwaukee is proud to introduce our first Innovation Co-Hort.  Each cohort is comprised of our student members seeking to be inspired and take ownership of their future career ambitions.  As part of this experience, each cohort will participate in the Latin@ Collegiate Weekend which is a two (2) day weekend program focused on career planning.  Students will be able to gain insights from former interns and professionals who are early in their careers through various workshops.  Using design thinking, the Innovation Cohort will be able to learn basic innovation concepts while developing their career path and leave with a sense of preparedness for applying to future intern/full- time job opportunities.
