Wonder what it takes to elevate your leadership? Are you aware of the language of leadership as a strategy for moving ahead? What challenges do Latino/as face within the industries they choose? What path can advance your career and bring others along with you as well? Join us for an evening of professional networking and leadership lessons with experienced leaders and executives. Our evening will open with presentations from the executive director and a lead workforce researcher with Stanford University’s Clayman Institute for Gender Equality. They are joined by a panel of executive leaders from Intel, Cisco and Stanford Healthcare who will share their perspectives and experiences around breakthrough the glass ceiling, what diversity and inclusion looks like in the workplace, and paying forward your leadership successes.
