She has held roles leveraging her inclusive leadership skills as well as executive and leadership development, talent strategy and change management to help organizations, leaders and colleagues realize their shared purpose and goals.Nicole has been with Intercontinental Hotels & Resorts since 2019, and in her role, she leads a team of Talent and DEI experts to build belonging and deliver successful talent management practices and leaders at IHG. She also operates as a strategic leader with the IHG Americas DEI Board to build a more inclusive culture and realize IHG’s purpose of True Hospitality for Good. Ray Burton | Enterprise Solutions Manager, Oracle KPMG | Corporate Relations, Prospanica ATL Ray’s professional background spans from education administration and financial systems to Oracle enterprise solutions consulting. Ray completed his undergrad degree at the University at Albany, SUNY, and grad school at Penn State University. In his current role, Ray is a Sr. Manager on the Oracle Enterprise Solutions team at KPMG US.Born and raised in Central America (Costa Rica/Panama), Ray’s family migrated from Jamaica to Costa Rica and then made their way to Panama. Ray is a third-generation Afro-Latino and takes immense pride in his “Afro-Antillano” heritage.
