Rebecca Lamperski

Rebecca is the Executive Director of the Accelerate Leadership Center. Prior to joining the Tepper School, Rebecca worked at Comcast within their Talent & Learning Organization. She was responsible for enterprise-wide change management strategies, culture and employee listening initiatives, and employee growth and development experiences. Now, she helps Tepper students reach their true leadership potential.
