    Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Manager at Equitable

NaTonia Trammell is currently the Senior Manager of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Equitable Life Insurance Company and a licensed attorney. Ms. Trammell serves as the chair of the board of directors for Carolinas CARE Partnership, a non-profit organization located in Charlotte, NC that provides holistic services for individuals living with HIV and wraparound services for transgender and expansive gender communities. She also serves on the board of directors for Legal Aid of North Carolina, Inc., a non-profit civil law firm which provides legal services for individuals experiencing poverty in North Carolina.  Ms. Trammell holds an advanced practitioner certificate in Diversity Management from Cornell University and has over a decade of experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion work. She specializes in implicit bias trainings, professional development of diverse talent, and race equity and legal advocacy.
