Virlany Taboada
Team Lead for Digital Adoption

Started at Equitable in 2011 as a part-time temporary employee working at the call center within operations. Since then, Virlany has moved within the organization including roles in training, project management, business analysis, and user acceptance testing to name a few. Prior to the current role, assisted in the separation/rebranding efforts in the journey to becoming a public company.

Frahira Bosques
Complex Lead Operations Manager

Frahira Bosques is Complex Lead Operations Manager for the Mid Atlantic Complex at Equitable Advisors. She manages the day-to-day operations of The Capital branch and works closely with management, associates and staff of the Mid Atlantic Complex. She has an undergraduate degree from the University of Puerto Rico, major in Finance and her graduate degree from Trident University International in Conflict and Negotiation Management.

Joined Equitable in 2013 as Branch Operations Manager for the Puerto Rico Branch of Equitable Advisors. In 2017, relocated to the Baltimore Branch as Branch Operations Manager. In 2018, The Capital Branch was formed, merging Baltimore, Washington DC and Richmond branches, for which Frahira remained as office Manager for the Maryland office. In 2021, she was promoted to Complex Lead Operations Manager to the Mid Atlantic Complex.

Technology Leader with over 20 years experience and proven results in delivering impactful solution to delivery on business strategy. Currently leading Equitable' s Life Technology and Corporate Finance and HR systems, spanning various US and India locations.
