Meet the panelist

Danielle Robinson, PhD, Director, Head of Community Engagements & Partnerships North America

Moderator: Danielle Robinson, PhD, Director, Head of Community Engagements & Partnerships North America

Danielle Robinson has more than 30 years of experience in domestic and global human resources covering the consumer goods, beverage, entertainment and pharmaceutical industries. Danielle is currently Head of Corporate Responsibility Director, and Partnerships as well as community engagement. She is also Director of the North America Learning Skills for Life Program, a global educational training program delivered in local communities to provide hospitality skills to the underemployed.

Formerly, she was Director of Alcohol Policy and Reputation Management where she led all Responsible Drinking Programs and prior to that, the Director, Diversity and Early Career at Diageo. She lectures across the United States at conferences and universities on Diversity and Inclusion management within Corporations.

Stephanie Jacoby, SVP Smirnoff Global

Speaker: Stephanie Jacoby, SVP Smirnoff Global

Stephanie holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. With more than 15 years of experience in the spirits industry at Diageo, she has led cross-functional teams to grow iconic global brands, including Johnnie Walker, Bulleit, Baileys, Tanqueray, Ketel One and now Smirnoff.

Stephanie’s expertise is in building brands with purpose through breakthrough creative rooted in deep consumer and cultural insight. Her “superpower” is evangelizing inspiring brand visions that galvanize teams to deliver outstanding results together.

Gregor Macintyre, VP Diageo Beer Company & Canadian Supply Chain

Speaker: Gregor Macintyre, VP Diageo Beer Company & Canadian Supply Chain

A Supply Chain professional with over 30 years of experience, Gregor has spent the majority of his career to date with Diageo in a number of roles across their Supply organization. His early career began in Scotland in manufacturing as a Supply Graduate Trainee, focusing on material and production planning. Taking the opportunity to move to the US shortly thereafter, Gregor has continued to expand his experience in Supply through positions in Supply Chain Planning, Innovation Delivery, Customer Logistics and Project Management. Throughout his career Gregor has had a passion for learning. In recent years he has been able to amplify this interest into supporting others in their own career growth, leading him to now sit on the Supply leadership team that supports todays new Graduate Trainees.

Panelist: Aaron Colyer, VP New Business Integration

Aaron holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Finance from Indiana University Bloomington and an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business. After spending over a decade in strategy and finance roles at global CPG giants like Unilever and PepsiCo, Aaron joined Diageo in 2015 as a Commercial Finance Director for Diageo Beer Company, and has recently taken on the a new role as VP of New Business Integration within the Corporate Finance organization.

Lauren is a 9+ year Supply Chain professional working as a Director of Demand and Supply Planning at Diageo. Lauren’s career has spanned Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing and New Product Development. Lauren has had the unique opportunity to work in Mexico as well as the US developing her global perspective and working with established and developing supply chains. Lauren thrives in developing teams, coaching early career professionals, and fostering great relationships internally and externally.

Lina Martinez, Brand Manager Johnnie Walker

For the past year, Lina Martinez has served as the Brand Manager of Johnnie Walker leading social, experiential and product innovations for the US market. In this role she has forged new ways for consumers to interact with Scotch whisky, helping to break the stereotypes of how, where and when Scotch should be consumed. She has been with Diageo for four years and is especially proud of the vibrant multicultural work she’s developed for Buchanan’s Whisky as she looks to inject a multicultural lens on all the campaigns she helps develop. Her passion for inclusion and diversity is also reflected as the co-chair of our CONECTADOS business resource group which she helps lead with the priority of celebrating our Latino talent, while also ensuring our marketers and colleagues are equipped with the insights to rightfully interact and include Hispanic marketing within their business plans.
