| | | | | Danielle Robinson has more than 30 years of experience in domestic and global human resources covering the consumer goods, beverage, entertainment and pharmaceutical industries. Danielle is currently Head of Corporate Responsibility Director, and Partnerships as well as community engagement. She is also Director of the North America Learning Skills for Life Program, a global educational training program delivered in local communities to provide hospitality skills to the underemployed. Formerly, she was Director of Alcohol Policy and Reputation Management where she led all Responsible Drinking Programs and prior to that, the Director, Diversity and Early Career at Diageo. She lectures across the United States at conferences and universities on Diversity and Inclusion management within Corporations. Prior to Diageo, Danielle worked for Unilever, Schering-Plough Pharmaceuticals, and Simon & Schuster where she had responsibility for domestic and international human resources encompassing diversity management, recruitment, training and development, employee relations, compensation and succession planning. Danielle has an undergraduate degree in Communication from Rutgers University and a master’s degree in Corporate Communication from Seton Hall University. She also has a Doctorate degree in Public Administration from Warren National University and holds a WSET Level 1 Wines Certification. | | | | |

| | | | | As SVP of Gin, Rum & Tequila for Diageo NA, Christina leads category strategy and brands such as Tanqueray, Captain Morgan, Zacapa, Don Julio, Deleon, Astral Tequila and 21Seeds. In her role she leads the category vision and participation strategy, the development of commercially integrated marketing campaigns and innovation launch plans. Christina is a passionate marketer who thrives on building brands that connect with consumers and win in culture. Her experience spans across brand strategy, innovation, communications development and she has held both global and regional roles. Christina has extensive experience leading diverse global teams and is a champion of inclusion and diversity. Prior to joining Diageo in January 2019 Christina was Global Marketing VP at ABI. Over the 6 years at ABI she held roles in Innovation, led Stella Artois globally and Michelob Ultra globally. Before entering the alcoholic beverage industry, Christina was at Unilever working across multiple personal care brands in Global roles, as well as in the US and Singapore. Christina also has 5 years of financial services experience, working at Goldman Sachs in the Credit Risk Management and Advisory group, and in the Goldman Sachs Asset Management division. Christina grew up in New York City and currently lives there with her husband Yusik and daughter Amelia. She loves to travel, is an avid scuba diver and her favorite cocktail is a Don Julio Blood Orange Margarita. | | | | |

| | | | | Ana Fitzgibbons is the Alcohol in Society Director of Diageo North America, a global leader in beverage alcohol. In her current role, she leads the company’s programs and partnerships across the U.S. and Canada to promote responsible drinking and address alcohol-related harm, such as binge drinking, underage drinking, and impaired driving. Ana is a member of the Board of Directors for Responsibility.org and the Responsible Hospitality Institute. Diageo has an outstanding collection of more than 200 brands, including Johnnie Walker, Crown Royal, Bulleit, Smirnoff, Cîroc, Ketel One, Captain Morgan, Baileys, Don Julio, Tanqueray and Guinness, enjoyed in more than 180 countries based in Washington, DC. Previously, Ana has served in several corporate communications roles at Diageo across the North America and Latin America regions. Prior to joining Diageo in 2015, she has worked in various industries, including higher education and media as a corporate relations and marketing professional. She holds an undergraduate degree from Florida International University and a master’s degree from the University of Navarra and several certificates from IESE Business School. A native of Venezuela, she is fully bilingual in Spanish and English.
