Finding your passion can be a lifelong journey with many moments of thoughtful self-reflection, attention, and action. It might take you to new places that make you feel excited or it could come from reflecting on the work, ideas, and projects that bring fulfillment in life. Some people find their passions early in their lives but for most, it requires time, experimentation, and action. And many live their lives never doing something that fulfills them. 

Finding one's own passion is an ongoing process - sometimes even a lifetime endeavor! In this workshop we will discuss the elements that help you find your passion. We will use the Japanese framework Ikigai, which translated to English means “that which gives your life meaning”. We will dive into its four components: Passion, Mission, Profession, and Vocation. You will learn how to extract your purpose from these four components. And as a bonus, we will discuss how our purpose can change as we move through our life phases.
