Guest Speaker: Adrian Vargas Adrian serves as the IT Lead for Supply Chain for Frito Lay North America. He joined PepsiCo in 2003 in Canada as a Program Manager and rapidly progressed into broader and bigger roles. In 2016 he moved to Dubai and lead the IT agenda for Supply Chain for Asia, Middle East and Africa. In his current role, Adrian is responsible for partnering with Supply Chain leaders in shaping and delivering solutions and digital capabilities to enable and transform the business. Prior to joining PepsiCo, Adrian held different roles with tier-one consulting and system integrators. Adrian has bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
