Dulce Orozco is a Spanish, English and Portuguese speaking therapist with over 15 years of experience in the field. She sees the role that cultural messages can play in mental health.

Dulce has created this Self Care Talk for anyone who struggles with cultural messages about who we should be, how we should behave, and what we should think - whether these messages come from social media, our families, or our friends.

In this event we'll gain practical and easy tools, based on various therapeutic techniques, to address cultural messages that conflict with our values or identities. This is a way to practice self care and protect our mental health in a culturally-competent manner. RSVP at https://bit.ly/3gWZguJ.

This event will be live on Zoom, and recorded.
