Take a small break from your day to revitalize your senses! Join us in this webinar to learn practical steps to renew and refresh yourself during a guided introduction to mindfulness and meditation. In the last months, families, businesses, and teams have had to drastically change the way they live and
function. At the same time, mindfulness continues to gain popularity in helping individuals find balance and harmony while working with this new “normal”.
This workshop focuses on practical mindfulness tools that can help us reenergize and refresh throughout the day. Facilitators: Criss Cuervo and Elaine Y. Ramos Rodríguez (Teacher in training) Criss Cuervo is a facilitator, author of Pertenæcer, and founder
of AlmaYEspiritu.com. Criss was born in Venezuela to Colombian parents. In 1998, her family migrated to the United States. Since then she has lived in Texas, Illinois, Florida, Connecticut, and Mexico. She currently resides in Spain. Criss has a Bachelor of Arts from University
of Illinois, and multiple graduate courses in Spanish Journalism. Criss worked for top US Hispanic Media and Television companies for over 13 years, during that time she received multiple awards for her leadership, performance, and innovation skills.
While she was working in the Latinx community, Criss discovered
mediation and mindfulness. Last year, Criss completed a Masters of Arts
in Mindfulness from Lesley University in Cambridge, MA.
Currently, she is finishing her certification to teach
Search Inside Yourself,
a mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and leadership program originally developed at Google. In her
free time, you can find Criss meditating, reading, or just being with nature. She also loves to walk without a purpose, dance zumba, and play a good tennis match!
