Maria Villegas joined PNC Bank in 2006. As a Senior Talent Consultant, Maria is responsible for the adaptation and execution of Retail Talent strategies. Maria has held several positions in the Retail Bank prior to joining the Human Resources organization, where she previously managed two branch locations.

Maria strongly believes in the growth and development of employees by providing managers with performance resources to have the right talent in the right roles. Maria partners with managers and executives to build a pipeline of the next generation of leaders.

Maria is also an active member of PNC Bank’s Employee Business Resource Group, previously holding the role of Vice President within Latino EBRG. In addition, Maria has served as a committee member of the Puerto Rican Association of Human Development (PRAHD) and certified Hispanics Inspiring Student Performance and Achievement (HISPA) Role Model. 

Maria Villegas holds a BA in International Business and a minor in Communications from Kean University.
