We will be helping paint and create a new look to La Casita’s kitchen, a space where families come together and alive through food. 

Families will be able to have a dignified experience when they visit our space. We will paint the kitchen and food pantry shelves, reorganize shelves, and assemble some donations to give out for the community.  No need to bring supplies, we will have everything ready for you.

This is a work project — we strongly recommend appropriate clothing & footwear. We will have some delicious appetizers from The Mayan Cafe and our Maker’s Mark Distillery Diplomat, Thomas Bolton, has designed special Summer themed cocktail and mocktail to help us paint away and have a good time. 

Everyone deserves a comfortable place to prepare food and eat. It will be a colorful place that will enhance mood and impact La Casita community positively. People in need deserve to have their food and clothing storied in and accessed from a clean, inviting space. We can help make that happen!
