The Women in Leadership (WIL) is an annual event that focuses on the following:
- Bring together local and national leaders to share knowledge, experience, mentorship and actions of change for future Women leaders.
- Collaborate on the importance of Women in Leadership and discuss contributions they can make within their own organizations.
- Assist in building a bridge for Women in different industries, professional organizations, and generations.
