The COVID-19 pandemic has brought many changes to how we live. The uncertainty altered daily routines, financial pressures, and social isolation has caused many to experience anxieties, sadness, and overwhelm. 
The incidence of mental health disorders has risen significantly. However, many people have not only maintained their emotional wellness, but they have even thrived. During this workshop, the instructor will discuss how creating an individualized holistic plan is the most effective way to develop and maintain mental wellness. Using the eight-dimension Wheel of Life, you will learn how to create an individualized plan for a well-balanced life.
